Self Managed Superannuation (SMSF) can be an incredibly effective way for you to regain control over your super funds including accessing investments that your existing fund may not necessarily be doing such as investing in property. With the ability to now borrow to purchase property through a super fund this has now become an attractive option for many taxpayers. However self managed funds are not available fgor everyone.
